Collusion, use of automated betting software, exploitation of software errors, money laundering, and any form of fraudulent activity are strictly prohibited on 22ph. Violations will result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.

22ph reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued identification card, passport, or other official documents. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of eligibility may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.
Age Verification: 22ph employs strict age verification procedures. Any player found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned subject to verification of the source of funds.
To access the full range of services offered by 22ph, you are required to create a player account. The following conditions apply to the registration and maintenance of your 22ph account:
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 22ph platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. 22ph employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited pending investigation.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. 22ph is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) associated with your 22ph account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 22ph will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility until you notify 22ph of unauthorized access.
22ph is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit copies of a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or at any other time deemed necessary by 22ph.
All financial transactions on the 22ph platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:
22ph accepts deposits via the following payment methods, subject to availability: GCash, PayMaya, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, Metrobank Online, and other payment channels as may be added from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your account within minutes of successful transaction confirmation. 22ph does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the completion of KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name and previously used to make a deposit on your account. 22ph aims to process withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to verification requirements. 22ph reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraudulent activity or breach of these Terms.
All account balances, wagers, winnings, and transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). 22ph does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the player through their payment provider are the sole responsibility of the player.
Anti-Money Laundering: 22ph is committed to full compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended). All suspicious transactions are reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.

Sports betting odds are set by 22ph and are subject to change at any time prior to the settlement of a bet. 22ph reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled, postponed, or determined to have been affected by irregular activity. Settlement of sports bets is based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body of the sport in question.
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a game or the recording of a wager, 22ph reserves the right to void the affected game round or bet and return the wagered amount to the player's account. 22ph is not liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 22ph platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of account balances, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to:

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 22ph makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors. In jurisdictions where the exclusion of implied warranties is not permitted, 22ph's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
In no event shall 22ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 22ph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
22ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at 22ph.xyz/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
22ph is committed to compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers as necessary to operate the Platform and comply with legal obligations.

22ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if 22ph reasonably determines that you have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.
You may close your 22ph account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.
Termination of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of termination, including any outstanding wagers, pending withdrawals, or investigations into suspected prohibited conduct.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
22ph operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations and under the oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who have unresolved complaints regarding the Platform may escalate their concerns to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.
22ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 22ph will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
